To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mercantile law, Vayoda Private Limited disclaims all representations, endorsements, or warranties, whether express, statutory, or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular engineering deployment, custom manufacturing reliability, title preservation, non-infringement, or system performance.
2. Final Deployment & Professional Assessment Responsibility
The Buyer assumes all technical liability, risk, and structural assessment required when deploying, distributing, or implementing products purchased through the App.
Vayoda Private Limited does not employ engineering teams to verify whether products meet localized building codes, factory safety frameworks, or industrial parameters. Enterprise buyers must perform all necessary quality testing, safety validation, and tolerance assessments before integrating products into manufacturing lines, consumer distribution networks, or construction projects.
3. Application Performance and Outages Disclaimer
Vayoda Private Limited makes no promise that digital functions, catalog feeds, APIs, order dispatch systems, or data links within the App will remain uninterrupted, instantaneous, fully secure, or free from server-side software bugs.
We assume no corporate liability for business disruptions, loss of administrative data, or missed commercial opportunities caused by technical outages, server updates, cloud architecture failures, or routine maintenance.
4. Third-Party Content, External Links, and Supplier Feeds
The App may display inventory feeds, specifications, raw material logs, or external links originating from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics networks. Vayoda Private Limited does not authenticate, audit, guarantee, or take responsibility for the truth, accuracy, or quality of third-party supplier listings. Reliance on this information is entirely at the Buyer’s corporate risk.
